RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 29631 for Sanborn A&E representing CS3F
Partnership,to divide property located at 100 Gene Autry Trail North and 200 Gene Autry Trail
South(APN 677-280-034 and 677-170-011), Section 18, T 4 S,R 5 E.
SUMMARY:
Sanborn A &E representing CS3F Partnership requests that a twenty-three (23)lot Parcel Map for
properties located at 100 Gene Autry Trail North and 200 Gene Autry Trail South, Section 18, T 4
S, R 5 E, be approved.
BACKGROUND:
Sanborn A&E representing CS317 Partnership,requests that two (2) parcels located at 100 Gene
Autry Trail North and 200 Gene Autry Trail South, Section 18, T 4 S,R 5 E,be divided into
twenty-three (23)parcels.
At its meeting of August 23, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative
Parcel Map No. 29631 which was subsequently approved by the City Council, subject to
conditions, on October 18, 2000.
The owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes Lots "A", "B",
"C" and"D'; the 10 foot wide landscape and sidewalk easement; and the 5 foot wide public
utility easements shown on the map.
It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied,that the Parcel Map No.
29631 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, and that the Parcel Map
No. 29631 is ready for City Council actions.

OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM
SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO.
29631 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 GENE AUTRY
TRAIL NORTH AND 200 GENE AUTRY TRAIL SOUTH,
SECTION 18, T 4 S, R 5 E
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of August 23, 2000 recommended
approval of Tentative Map No. 29631 requested by Sanborn A & E representing CS3F
Partnership for the above described property, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of October 18, 2000 approved Tentative
Parcel Map No. 29631 subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility
purposes, Lot(s) "A", "B", "C", and "D"; the 10 foot wide landscape and sidewalk
easement; and the 5 foot wide public utility easements as shown on the map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs
finds that Parcel Map No. 29631 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative
Parcel Map No.29631 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance
with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the
State of California, and authorizes the City Clerk to accept said offers of dedication and
easements, and the City Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 29631 for property
herein described.
