RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that City Council approve the release of former Councilman Jones'
salary to the charity of his choice.

not receive it at his request. This action would allow for the accrued salary to be given

chose not to receive his salary. During his service to the community, $8460 of salary
owed to Mr. Jones has accrued on the City books. Mr. Jones has requested that he
be allowed to designate a charity to receive these funds. A Minute Order is attached
a tthhorizing such an expenditure.
