FOR PALM MOUNTAIN COMPANY, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve Final Map No. 27680 for Sanborn A& E, Inc. representing Palm Mountain Company, to divide property located at 755 Vista Chino Road West (APN 505-030-010, 012), Section 10, T 4 S, R 4 E. SUMMARY: Sanborn A& E, Inc. representing Palm Mountain Company, requests that a nine (9) lot Tract map for property located at 755 Vista Chino Road West, Section 10, T 4 S, R 4 E, be approved. BACKGROUND: Sanborn A& E, Inc. representing Palm Mountain Company, requests that one (1) parcel located at 755 Vista Chino Road West, Section 10, T 4 S, R 4 E, be divided into nine (9) parcels. At its meeting of September 26, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 27680 which was subsequently approved by the City Council, subject to conditions, on October 17, 2001. The owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes Lot "A" and the dedication of Lots "B" and "C"for right of ingress and egress for service and emergency vehicles. It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied, that the Final Map No. 27680 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, and that the Final Map No. 27680 is ready for City Council actions. aj__ DAVID J.
