DATE: September 18, 2002 TO: City Council FROM: Director of Public Works/City Engineer PARCEL MAP NO. 29638 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 29638 for Warner Engineering representing Sunrise Place,a limited partnership,to subdivide property located at 425 Sunrise Way South (APN 508-110-007, 008, 040, 041, and a portion of 042), in Section 14, T 4 S, R 4 E. SUMMARY: Warner Engineering representing Sunrise Place, a limited partnership, has prepared an eight (8) lot Parcel map for subdivision of property located at 425 Sunrise Way South, in Section 14, T4 S, R 4 E. BACKGROUND: Warner Engineering representing Sunrise Place, a Limited Partnership, requests that the property located at 425 Sunrise Way South, in Section 14,T4 S, R 4 E, be subdivided into eight (8) parcels. At its meeting of September 26, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map No.29638 which was subsequently approved by the City Council, subject to conditions, on October 31, 2001. The owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes Lots"A" and "B"; and the sidewalk easements shown on the map as "S.W.E." for sidewalk purposes. It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied, that Parcel Map No. 29638 is in substantial conformancewith the approved Tentative Map, and that Parcel Map No. 29638 is ready for City Council actions.
