Enclosed please find our contracts and sales invoice in the amunt
of $7,957.84, which covers the cost of remving our overhead electric
lines at 232 South Belardo Road and replacing such with underground
facilities in accordance with our Rule 20-B and Exhibit A attached.
Please sign and return all three copies of the contracts, along
with your purchase order in the amunt of $7,957.84, so that our work
order may be placed on our construction schedule.

WITNESSETII:
WHEREAS.Applicants have requested Utility,purswild to Section B. of Utility's Rule No. -10,
Replacement of Overhead with Unclerground Distribution Facilities, to replace Uhhty's exusluip ovoihaad
with underground dishibutiou facilities at the location or locations in the County of Rk7erside
