RE: PROPERTY ANALYSIS SERVICES/CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Thank you for the opportunity to work with your Agency in gathering market,
sales and rental data on which to base future assumptions and values.
Our firm will provide services at the rate of $40 per hour. Those services
will include: 1 ) review of traffic studies (both vehicle and pedestrian)
to determine variation in value based on location; 2) review of change in
assessment values during past two years along Palm Canyon Drive from San
Rafael to East Palm Canyon; 3) review sales and rental data for both vacant
and improved land including Indian land; 4) prepare information for
programming into computer including sales and rental data, economic factors,
trends and graphics; and 5) keep data current.
We believe this data will enable your Agency to keep current with changing
trends and values and will help in future acquisition and development
decisions.
