Our firm will provide services at the rate of $40 per hour. Those services will include: 1 ) review of traffic studies (both vehicle and pedestrian) to determine variation in value based on location; 2) review of change in assessment values during past two years along Palm Canyon Drive from San Rafael to East Palm Canyon; 3) review sales and rental data for both vacant and improved land including Indian land; 4) prepare information for programming into computer including sales and rental data, economic factors, trends and graphics; and 5) keep data current. We believe this data will enable your Agency to keep current with changing trends and values and will help in future acquisition and development decisions.
