Dear Mr. Terrell:
This letter is to inform you that we will be vacating the above
mentioned corner on January 31, 1986.
We realize per previous correspondence that we had stated that we
would be vacating November 30, 1985. We hope that this has not
caused any problems. We will have all debris, fencing, etc. , removed
by January 31, 1986.

BY AND BETWEEN the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Palm Springs
(the "Agency") and McDevitt & Street Company (the "Contractor") .
This Agreement is for the purpose of leasing, commencing February 1, 1985, to
August 31, 1985, the property on the southwest corner of Cahuilla and Tahquitz-
McCallum Way to the Contractor for a staging area. Its general purpose is for
the storage of equipment and materials utilized from time-to-time on the DeBartolo
project.
The terms of the Agreement are as follows:
1. The Contractor shall pay to the Agency $833 per month at the beginning of
each month commencing February 1, 1985.
�. The Agency shall give the option to the Contractor to continue to rent the
property on a month-to-month basis with either party giving the other 30 days
written notice of its intent to terminate the month-to-month rental.
3. The Contractor shall be responsible for improving the condition of the fence
including the installation of screening similar to that used on the staging
area adjacent to the Museum.
4. The Contractor shall remove weeds adjacent to and on the outside of the
fence and maintain the exterior of the property in good order.
5. The Contractor shall maintain liability insurance on the property and name
the Agency as co-insured.

(the "Agency") and Western Landscape Construction (the "Contractor") .
This Agreement is for the purpose of leasing, commencing December 1, 1985,
to January 31, 1986, the south one-third (1/3) of the property on the south-
west corner of Cahuilla and Tahquitz Way to the Contractor for a staging
area. Its general purpose is for the storage of equipment and materials
utilized from time-to-time on the DeBartolo project.
The terms of the Agreement are as follows:
1. The Contractor shall pay to the Agency $300 per month at the beginning
of each month commencing December 1, 1985.
2. The Contractor shall remove weeds adjacent to and on the outside of
the fence and maintain the exterior of the property in good order.
3. The Contractor shall maintain liability insurance on the property and
name the Agency as co-insured.
4. The Contractor shall return the property to original condition through
clean-up and repair of perimeter fencing.
