security for Law Enforcment Officers" course. Lpaz successful ompletion of this cause, PSP's
LEDs vall be certified by time state of California to serve as Law EnforcaTe,mt Officers at Palm

Since 1954, AAAE has consistently trained and certified ai2jcxt managarent prefessicsal.s with
proficiency evaluations ommiar to othsr professiam'rl oxgmimtirns, Tre AocnaditedAitport Mt Frcntive
(A.A.E.) and Certified Nk—_- x (C.M.) credentials are highly sought by ai i port mmiag�execu-
tives throughout the world and are used as benchmarks to prarete and appoint senior airport man-
agerrent professionals throughout North America and the Caribbean. AAAE trains thousands of
airport employees each year thresh international, national., regional and cam-site warkslxps and
omferemes. Uri Association also provides training thruagh an in-house satellite-.based ttainizag
network, Digicast, vMch is a rurigm training service because it brings training directly to erployee
desktcpxs.AAAE is the only provider of such satellite-basal training fa7 a;rpor-s in the world.
AAAE has in-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 107, Part 108, and Part 139,
as well as other regulations and Advisory Circulars that affect airport rcenageymt. 'Ihro gh AAAE's
parmerahip efforts with the Fe;3era1 AviaticnAd nistration (FAA), AAAE is aware of the latest davel-
cgnents in federal aviation regulations. AmE staff clarifies itews such as Notices of PcoP:'-sed

AAAE draws from its pool of experts throughout Abrth America that Piave diverse baokgro,nde and

sors, active airport manageament personnel, and aviation consultants. Tm instructors that FARE
erploys are dynamic and interactive. Tb ensure and maintain quality training services, AAAE also

AA9E'a instructors provide an action plan with specific learning objectives for each course. Eadi

Typically, the average class size for PARE training is 25-40 parsons. However, the Association has
had class sizes as large as 65 persons per session. As program managers, AAAE's customer service

course is taught by multiple Rio Hondo Comrmity College staff and guest lecturers who are POST-

Threats, Aviation Explosives and Hazardous Devices, FAA K-9 Program, Aviation Security Ckmtin-
gency Plan and Disaster Planning. The course ends with an a smination and evaluation. Please
