HomeMy WebLinkAbout5/19/2004 - STAFF REPORTS (24) DATE: May 19, 2004 TO: City Council FROM: City Clerk COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE RECOMMENDATION: That the Council adopt a recodified Comprehensive Fee Schedule, which provides minor updates, and incorporates all previously approved fee schedule amendments; and Rescind Resolution 20362. BACKGROUND: Periodically, the fee schedule is recodified to incorporate the various changes which are approved subsequent to the last codification. It also provides an opportunity to modify, add or delete fees which are a result of a program or policy changes by the Council. The last recodification was in June 2002. Since that time various amendments have been adopted. The changes in the proposed include the newly adopted fees for the Development Services Department. All other Departments have been contacted and submitted any necessary changes. A fully recodified version of the fee schedule is provided for Council information; and is available in the Office of the City Clerk. PATRICIA A.
