D. On September 20, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 21718

F. On June 27, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution No.21961 extending the
suspension of two-hour time limits on portions of Indian Canyon Drive and
Belardo Road from Alejo Road to Ramon Road; and downtown city-owned
parking lots and parking structure until June, 30, 2008
G. The City Manager, pursuant to Section 12.32.050 of the Palm Springs Municipal
Code, has examined the request by the business owners and determined that
reinstating the three-hour time limits in the Plaza Mercado parking lot would not
adversely affect the businesses and customers who predominately use the lot,
and therefore concludes that the reinstatement of the two-hour time limits and
enforcement of time limits is warranted.
