The city acknowledges and accepts that said analysis is an integral part of the Consolidated Plan and its five-year cycle. In order to allow for the acceptance of the City's fair housing planning certification with the Consolidated Plan submission and request for the 2004/2005 program year funds, the City of Palm Springs herewith offers this special assurance to you that the promised Al will be completed no later than December 2004.
