The Board was unanimous in adhering to its previously approved policy which declares that no project will be endorsed that attempts to require variances form community-accepted regulations and code restrictions. The attached resolution was adopted by the Board over a year ago and has been embraced by the 14TCNO community. By the way, are you aware that there is a similar event—"Evening Under The Stars"--- that will take place across the road on the same night? We understand that this event concludes its program at 10:OOPM,within the requirements of the Noise Abatement Ordinance.
