This is property that Century has purchased. During the due diligence period, we obtained archeological and paleontological studies that indicated negative findings. Because of this fact, we believed we could initiate standard soil testing procedures. It is now our understanding that a grading permit should have been requested from the City prior to commencement of standard soils testing. We sincerely apologize to the Council, City Staff and the neighboring community for any disruption this may have caused.
