STAFF ANALYSIS:
At the October 1, 2008, City Council meeting, Councilmember Weigel requested staff
place on the agenda an opportunity for the City Council to discuss the process of brining
forth items to the Agenda.
Additionally, since the summer recess staff has been successful in scheduling only one
Study Session per month. The City Council has expressed desire to continue to hold
Joint Meetings with Commissions and Boards at Study Sessions, to discuss
accomplishments, goals and priorities; and in addition staff is seeking Council priorities
for Study Session discussions.
