One of the components of this grant centered around a relocation of a homeownerwhich resulted in litigation which is still pending. The Airport, in cooperation with the FAA,was able to procure additional funds to offset the increased expenses in the amount of$185,095. This amount is reflected in Amendment No. 1 attached. These projects were funded at 95% by the FAA grant with the Airport's share at 5%.
