Palm Springs, Ca 92262
Dear Ron:
It is with deep regret that I ask you to accept this letter as my resignation frorn the Palm
Springs Planning Commission. I have been assigned new and additional responsibilities
at work, including meetings in Sacramento which conflict with Planning Commission
Meetings and I do not feel that I can give the city my best service at this time.
I would like to remain on the General Planning Steering Committee as an informed
citizen. I have been involved with this from the start of the process, including the sub
committee for the selection of the team that will do the new general plan. I am grateful
for the learning experience and I am honored to have served the city. I hope I will again
be afforded the time to serve on the Planning Commission in the future.
Sincerely,
Jerry Grence
Palm Springs Planning Commissioner
