February 1 through February 28, 2005

SUMMARY:
The City's policies and procedures provide the City Manager authority to enter into
agreements which are $25,000 or less. Staff is requesting this report be received and
filed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file the Staff Authorized Agreements covering the period December 22,
2004 through January 31, 2005.
