This is an interim urgency ordinance that will amend existing provisions of the Palm
Springs Municipal Code that establish several standards and regulations pertaining to
medical cannabis cooperatives and collectives. Adoption of this Ordinance would allow
administrative modifications to certain specific standards and regulations for medical
cannabis cooperatives and collectives to become effective immediately. This

whichever occurs first.
