B. Undeveloped Parcel Across From the Convention Center—Enterprise Companies A closed session will be held,pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Candace Casey, representing Enterprise Companies, and to give direction to its negotiator, David Ready,relative to that undeveloped parcel on the southeast corner of Avenida Caballeros and Amado Road (across the street to the east of the Palm Springs Convention Center),consisting of approximately 9.3 acres,regarding the price and terms of payment for this property. 4. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-EXISTING LITIGATION: A. A closed session will be held,pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation to which the City of Palm Springs is a party. The title of such litigation is as follows: El Dorado Palm Springs, Ltd.vs. City of Palm Springs, etc., et al, Riverside County Superior Court Case Number I-58275 and Fourth Appellate District Court of Appeals Case Number E-00682. 5. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: A. Exposure to Litigation—Two A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) (1) and (3) (A) (B),because there is significant exposure to litigation in two cases. B.
