SUMMARY
This action will award a purchase order contract for the replacement of three automatic
doors that serve the baggage claim area at Palm Springs International Airport.

replaced over the last several years as part of a phased program.

Quotations (RFQ) No. 2012-04 was conducted by Procurement utilizing the Airort's
Horton 2000 series door specifications and was posted and distributed on April 5t and
two responsive bids were received on April 18t". Magik Glass and Door, based in Palm
Springs, was the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder and Staff is recommending
Council approve the award in the amount of$26,992.
