Ready, City Manager Initiated by: Public Works and Engineering Department SUMMARY Approval of Contract Change Order No 11 completes the Belardo Road Bridge Project final documentation. RECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve Change Order No. 11 to Agreement No. 6129 with G&M Construction, in an amount of $10,773 for a revised total contract amount of $2,628,326.09 for the Belardo Road Bridge Project , City Project No. 87-49; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. STAFF ANALYSIS: Change Order No. 11 provided for final adjustment to a contract quantity per actual field measurements of material placed for the items of work completed. This change order increase in contract item 24-Hot Mix Asphalt (Type B) for a total amount of$10,773. FISCAL IMPACT: Sufficient funds are available in accounts 261-4491-50169 $10,773. ITEM NO.
