DATE: June 7, 2006 SUBJECT: WAIVER OF VILLAGEFEST FEES PAGE: Two Staff is not recommending that the fees be waived due to budgetary considerations within the VillageFest Fund. Also, there are currently 20 nonprofit organizations participating at VillageFest. If fees are waived for one of these vendors, it could possibly open the door for other nonprofit organizations to request that their fees be waived. FISCAL IMPACT: I Finance Director Approval If the fees are waived, the City would lose $2,040 per year ($40/week x 51 weeks) in revenue. iS ott Mikesell, Director T Butzlaff, A i t t City Manager `Department of Parks and Recreation A i'strative r s David H.
