Wessman Development, which is seeking City Council approval to construct the 51-room n n Palm Hotel on the vacant site, will rent several cranes and place them at the appropriate I I n building corners of the proposed hotel. The demonstration will be between 3 and 8 p.m., July 10, and the site will be visible to the public from adjacent streets and sidewalks.
