RECOMMENDATION:
1. Open the Public Hearing to obtain public testimony regarding the
2006-07 annual levy of special assessments for various Citywide
street lighting and parkway maintenance districts, and receive any
and all property owner protest: ballots.
2. Close the Public Hearing and continue the item to a later time on
the agenda, to allow the City Clerk and/or his designee to
coordinate with the City's Special Assessment consultant,
MuniFinancial, on the opening and tabulation of submitted ballots.
3. Following tabulation of the submitted ballots, reopen the item for
consideration by the City Council.
