Stilwell at Re/max Real Estate Consultants. I am attending the Public Hearing this evening at 6:00p.m. to voice my concerns on the behalf of my client. I will also be submitting in writing a request for exclusion from such a moratorium for a specific address and parcel number tomorrow July 20r', 2006. I am not against a moratorium, though it does not make sense to me in a Vacation/Resort orientated City such as ours to have such a moratorium especially when Density& Carport requirements for such conversions as a whole would keep most buildings from being converted. However it is my opinion that my client deserves exclusion from if passed this moratorium on Condo Conversions. After investigating this scenario three months ago with the planning department and with no voiced concerns other than the Set Back's,Density, and Carport requirements..... We feel it only fair to be excluded. As my client is already in Transaction and a few weeks from closing, as well they have already released their Contingencies to exit the contract without penalty, and could possibly put them at a liability, we greatly appreciate the opportunity to be excluded from this in writing. The written letter explaining the circumstances in which we feel exclusion is appropriate or rather to make our case for exclusion will be submitted to The Director of Planning, as well a copy will be delivered to the Mayor per the planning departments recommendation tomorrow July 20'',2006. I thank you again, and thank you for listening to our concerns. Best Regards, Lance R. RoUutz—
