Dear Ms. Henning,
This letter will serve as an addendum to the loan agreement between the Agua Caliente Cultural
Museum and the City of Palm Springs. That agreement, entered into on October 1,2009,provides
for the display of eight(8)exhibit panels,titled"Since Time Immemorial".
The Museum extends the aforementioned loan to December 31,2013.
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with two weeks written notice.
If this meets with your approval,please sign and date one copy of this letter and return to me.
We've received many positive comments about the exhibition at your location and hope that you
also are benefiting from having it.

"Since Time Immemorial"
LOAN DISPLAY AGREEMENT
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS
AND
AGUA CALIENTE CULTURAL MUSEUM
This AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of October, 2009 by the Agua Calienle
Cultural Museum, hereafter called ACCM, and the City of Palm Springs, hereafter called City.
1. ACCM agrees to loan to City the exhibition"Since Time Immemorial" consisting of
seven (7) exhibit panels as itemized on the attached Outgoing Loan Agreement,
Exhibit A.
2. Agreement shall extend until October 1, 2010. This termination date may be altered
by mutual agreement.
3. The "Since Time Immemorial" exhibition panels shall be installed by the staff of the
ACCM, with the assistance of City personnel, in the east lobby of Palm Springs City
Hall at 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA.
4. The loan materials will remain in the condition received and will not be repaired,
restored, cleaned, or altered in any way without the permission of ACCM. The
condition of the materials is as stated in Exhibit A.
5. Only ACCM staff may handle materials in the display. Should any maintenance be
required, City must immediately notify the ACCM Curatorial Department (760-778-
1079).
6. ACCM staff will perform periodic inspections of the display for monitoring and
maintenance purposes.
7. ACCM reserves the right to alter the display at any time during the loan period.-
Loan materials may be exchanged to preserve their condition or to maintain their
relevance. If alterations are made, Exhibit A will be updated accordingly.
S. All exhibition materials will be covered by the ALCM's insurance for the full term
of the loan. ACCM will provide proof of insurance to City.
9. Any damage to any of the materials during the term of the loan shall be reported by
City to ACCM immediately.
10. ACCM is responsible for packing, transporting, insurance and all other factors of
transporting the loan, unless otherwise stated.
11. City agrees to use the loan for exhibition purposes only.

12. Credit line specified by ACCM must be used for items exhibited or reproduced in a
publication or press release.
13. The items may be photographed only with the permission of ACCM. City agrees
that any photographs taken of this loan will be used for educational or promotional
purposes only.
14. City hereby acknowledges receipt of the materials detailed in Exhibit A. The
undersigned assumes full responsibility for the loan materials subject to the
conditions of this agreement for the term of the loan.

This agreement may be terminated by other party at any time with two weeks written
notice.

LOAN DISPLAY AGREEMENT
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS
AND
AGUA CALIENTE CULTURAL MUSEUM
This AGREEMENT is entered into this 30th day of March, 2009 by the Agua Calientc
Cultural Museum, hereafter called ALCM, and the City of Palm Springs, hereafter called City.
1. ACCM agrees to loan to City the exhibition "Dream of the Blue Frog" consisting of
ten(10) exhibit panels, three (3) signs, one (1)label, and three (3) paintings as
itemized on the attached Outgoing Loan Agreement, Exhibit A.
2. Agreement shall extend through September 18, 2009. This termination date may be
altered by mutual agreement.
3. The "Dream of the Blue Frog" exhibition panels shall be installed by the staff'of the
ACCM,with the assistance of City personnel, in the east lobby of Palm Springs City
Hall at 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA.
4. The loan materials will remain in the condition received and will not be repaired,
restored, cleaned, or altered in any way without the permission of ACCM. The
condition of the materials is as stated in Exhibit A-
S. Only ACCM staff may handle materials in the display. Should any maintenance be,
required, City must immediately notify the ACCM Curatorial Department.

maintenance purposes.
7. ACCM reserves the right to alter the display at any time during the loan period.
Loan materials may be exchanged to preserve their condition or to maintain their

of the loan. Full replacement value of the exhibition materials is $7250. ACCM will
provide proof of insurance to City.

transporting ibe loan, unless otherwise staled.
11. City agrees to use the loan for exhibition purposes only.

which require replacement. Full replacement value of the exhibition materials is
$5542.
