offsetting the training costs of new employees.
Normally when businesses hire new employees there is a period of time
when the employee is learning the job and he/she is not as productive as
more experienced employees.

hire and train a new employee and the job seeker is willing to
learn new skills.

actually performing the job.

assist you in designing the training plan.
* At the end of the training period, send us records of
the hours worked and we reimburse you for the
agreed amount.
