Dear Mr. Raymond:
In response to your recent request to appraise the referenced property, I propose the
following scope of services, fee, and delivery date.
Scope of Services
The appraisal report will estimate the market value of the fee simple estate in the
entire referenced property. It is understood the Palm Springs Community Redevelopment
Agency will use my appraisal as a basis for acquiring a portion of the property. I will
provide four (4) originals of a summary narrative appraisal report with a current date of
value_ The appraisal will conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal
Practice (USPAP), the Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisition, and the
requirements of the Appraisal Institute of which 1 am a MAI member.
Fee and Delivery Date
I propose a not-to-exceed appraisal fee of S10,000 billed at the rate of $175 per
hour. I will provide a complete accounting of the amount of time and expense
accrued on the assigmrrent upon submission of the final invoice. The delivery date
of the appraisal shall be no later than thirty (30) calendar days after receiving an
executed copy of this letter.
