Executive Director to execute all agreements related to the lease. A0513C. Motion
Agency Member McCulloch, seconded by Agency Member Foat and carried
unanimously on a roll call vote.
In 2006 the Agency approved a lease agr for the B of A building. The agreement was
never executed. I take it this WILL NOT happen due to current events.
I will closeout the agreement file, ok? Please confirm. Thx!
