Dear Mr. Mayor and Council Members,
We are respectfully asking the Council to enforce the CEClA mitigation as required by law in regards to The St.
Baristo Development.
Specifically, to require the developer to diminish the height of building 1A to one story(12' - 13') as was promised to the
neighbors and required in the MIND as a condition of approval.
Please note photo below, height of proposed adjacent building—34' height and 9' setbacks—will surpass palm tree in
photo. This would devastate all privacy, impact views,shade all patios and shade our pool for a good portion of the
year. Please do not allow this to happen. This adverse affect on our business and properties was exactly the reason why
developer was required to diminish height of building 1A, please require developer to comply.
We would like to invite you to visit our property, prior to the hearing on Wednesday. Please let me know when a good time
would be.
