In the interest of transparency, would it not be helpful for the public to know the reason for supporting an item without open, public discussion? Perhaps there is a way the order of these two items: "Acceptance of the Agenda" and "Public Testimony" could be reversed? Thus allowing a public request for information leading to the acceptance of an item without discussion. Robert "Red" Findley t
