The City continued this public hearing last time it was scheduled. Last week, the developer requested an additional postponement of this public hearing until the Council's regular meeting on June 21, 2017. Staff has no objection, but prefers not to incur the cost or undertake the additional work associated with re-noticing the public hearing. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: An initial study was conducted and a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for this project under the guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) was adopted by the City Council on September 16, 2015 (Resolution #23898). This MND will be the controlling environmental assessment for this development proposal. As this action will only lessen the impact of the approved project and will not result in any new environmental impacts that were not previously analyzed, no additional environmental review is required under CEQA. REVIEW OF PROJECT INFORMATION: The proposed application, site plan, and related documents are available for public review at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
