• Property remains in escrow until fully financed, with outside closing date of
June 1, 2021
• Agreement terminates if project not fully funded by June 1, 2021.

• Construction stopped in 2017 as a result of dispute with contractor, restarted in November
2017 with new contractor, subsequently stopped in August 2019 as a result of dispute with
