Section 1 AGREEMENT AGREEMENT #643 (0riginal) 2-25-69 appr by City Atty 2-25-69 I hereby agree, as sole owner of the dwelling located at 2897 Venetia Road, Lot 58, Desert Park Estates No. 6, Section 1, Map Book 30/98, and in accord with the conditions set by the Palm Springs Board of Appeals at their meeting of January 7, 1969, that I will remove all the structures built within the west and north setback areas upon demand by the City, upon any of the following events or occurrences: 1. Upon the commencement of construction of any improvements on any of the adjacent properties. 2. In the event of the sale of my property described hereinabove. 3. Upon the filing of a formal complaint by a property owner or resident of the City of Palm Springs. I also agree that the removal will be accomplished within thirty (30) days after notice by the City, as a result of any of the above occurrences. Ifurther agree that the foregoing covenants and conditions will be binding on any and all successors in interest in the above described property.
