The area of said right-of-way being more particularly described as follows: The Westerly 5.00 feet of Lot 33, the Westerly 5.00 feet of Lot 34, and the Westerly 5.00 feet of the Northerly 6.5 feet of Lot 35, all in Block "A" of Palm Springs Estates No. 2 as shown on Map 'filed in Book 16, Page 45, of Maps, Records of Riverside County, being in the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 4 East, SBB & M.
