HOLD HARMLESS AGREEPENT
TTI MEAS heretofore and on October 16, 19591 -the
Variance Board of the City of Palm Springs,Calif. ,
did grant to :David Bright, 299 Vereda Norte, Palm
Springs California, pursuant to Variance Board Case
No. 10. �6, a variance from the City Council Ts 1 eso- -
lutioia No. 5333, permitting applicant Bright to
place asphaltic materials from the curb to the property
line in front of the promises above referred to; and
p^lidMMAS a condition for per-mission to place asphaltic
materials in a municipal right of way was the execution
by applicant of a I'Bold Harmless Agreamento which would
hold the City harmless for ail claims of liability aris-
ing from the placement of the asphaltic materials by the
applicant,
NOW T'IMIR:EFORE, BE IT & ��+CLVED by David Bright that he
does agree to abide by the decision of the Variance
Board of the City of Palra Springs, California, in the
placement of asphaltic materials in front of his premises
?mown as 299 Vereda Norte, Palvi Springs ,California, and
in accordance with the conditions imposed by Case No.
10- 76 of said Variance Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED teat David Bright does expressly
promise to hold harmless the City of Palm Springs , Cali-
fornia, from any and all claijus , judgments or costs of
defense arising from the placement of asrihaltic materials
in front of the premises above described.
