SUMMARY:
The item was noticed to be heard at the July 22, 2009 meeting. After receiving public
testimony the public hearing was closed, and continued City Council deliberation.
RECOMMENDATION:
1) The City Council closed the public testimony on July 22, 2009.
2) Continue the City Council deliberations to November 4, 2009,
3) Direct the City Clerk to post a Notice of Continued Public Hearing.

By a unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Palm Springs the public hearing
was continued to Wednesday, October 7, 2009, Council Chamber, 3200 E. Tahquitz
Canyon Way, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
