The purpose of the hearing is to consider revocation or modification of a Conditional Use Permit for the Viceroy Hotel, in accordance with the Palm Springs Zoning Code Section 94.02.00.1, 415 South Belardo Road, to operate incidental accessory uses at the hotel due to non-compliance with certain conditions set forth in granting the permit, including site and street improvements on Belardo and Cahuilla Roads. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The project has been declared categorically exempt as a Class I exemption from CEQA per Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
