CATERPILLAR REPAIR PARTS FROM JOHNSON
POWER SYSTEMS IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-
EXCEED $100,000, RADIO SYSTEM REPAIR
SERVICES FROM MOTOROLA IN THE AMOUNT
OF $73,487, AND CARPET MAINTENANCE
SERVICES FROM DFS FLOORING IN THE
AMOUNT OF $58,560.
I, JAMES THOMPSON, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that
this Minute Order authorizing the as-needed purchase of Caterpillar repair parts
from Johnson Power Systems in an amount not-to-exceed $100,000, radio
system repair services from Motorola in the amount of $73,487, and carpet
maintenance services from DFS Flooring in the amount of $58,560, was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 27th day of June, 2007-
