FROM: David H. Ready, City Manager BY: Planning Department The County of Riverside has postponed action to certify the EIR on this project until their meeting of July 17, 2007. For purposes of CEQA compliance, the County is the designated Lead Agency and must certify the EIR before the City may move forward with the project. In order to provide adequate time to review the County's actions, staff recommends that the City Council continue the matter until the meeting of July 25, 2007. RECOMMENDATION 1.
