The County of Riverside has postponed action to certify the EIR on this project until
their meeting of July 17, 2007. For purposes of CEQA compliance, the County is the
designated Lead Agency and must certify the EIR before the City may move forward
with the project. In order to provide adequate time to review the County's actions, staff
recommends that the City Council continue the matter until the meeting of July 25,
2007.
RECOMMENDATION
1. Continue the hearing to the Council meeting of July 25, 2007,

Jay,
I could not find listed on the County Board of Supervisors Agenda for July 3
the adoption of resolutions for the Dillon Wind project. I'm looking for
copies of the draft Board resolutions so we may prepare our Council
resolutions for adoption July 11 th. Can you bring me up to date or forward
the draft County resolutions? Thanks.
