I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that this
Minute Order approving Change Order No. 3 to Agreement A4925 with Antar-
Com/Systems Integration, Inc. for an increase of $313,897.20 for security and
information display systems in the new holdroom project was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 1 Gth day
of May, 2007.
