STAFF ANALYSIS:
Changes to the City's Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Fire Management
Unit (PSFMA) regarding annual leave usage had an effect on the Fire Safety Unit's
provision for Annual Leave Usage (Article 11.7 of the Fire Safety MOU). As a result,
the City and the Fire Safety Unit (PSFSU) met and conferred regarding this provision
and have agreed to modify Article 11.7.
