I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, California, hereby certify
that this Minute Order approving an extension to Agreement No. A4725 with the County
of Riverside until June 30, 2009 in the maximum amount of $200,000 per year for fiscal
years 2007-08 and 2008-09, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 21"day of March, 2007.
