E. The businesses on Indian Canyon Drive have submitted a request to reinstate two-hour time limits on Indian Canyon Drive between Saturmino Road and Andreas Road for an indefinite period of time. The Main Street Business Association reviewed the request from the business owners and concur that the area is being used predominately by employees, which is affecting customer parking. F. The City Manager, pursuant to Section 12.32.050 of the Palm Springs Municipal Code, has examined the request by the business owners and determined that the continuation of the suspension of time limits is adversely affecting customer parking in the area of Indian Canyon Drive between Saturmino Road and Andreas and warrants the reinstatement of the two-hour time limits and enforcement of time limits. Resolution No. 21826 Page 2 The City Council of the City of Palm Springs therefore resolves: ' Section 1. The City Council reinstates the imposition and enforcement of two-hour time limits on the parking of motor vehicles on Indian Canyon Drive between Saturmino Road and Andreas Road, effective the date signs are re-installed.
