I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that this
Minute Order approving the License Agreement with Tahquitz Canyon Investors, LLC,
for the placement of the sculpture Ithiel on private property located at 777 East Tahquitz
Canyon Way, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in
a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of January, 2007.
