FOR ROBERT GREER RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 29109 for Sanborn A & E, Inc. representing Robert Greer,to divide property located at 525 Patencio Road (APN 513- 070-012), Section 15, T 4 S, R 4 E. SUMMARY: Sanborn A& E, Inc. representing Robert Greer, requests that one (1) parcel located at 525 Patencio Road, Section 15, T 4 S, R 4 E, be divided into four (4) parcels. BACKGROUND: At its meeting of March 24, 1999,the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 29109 which was subsequently approved by the City Council, subject to conditions, on April 21, 1999. Robert Greer submitted a request for a time extension of the tentative map on February 20, 2001. It is being processed by the Planning Department. It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied, that the Parcel Map No. 29109 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, and that the Parcel Map No. 29109 is ready for City Council actions. Council Resolution G�4 RESOLUTION NO. 20034 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 29109 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 525 PATENCIO ROAD, SECTION 15, T 4 S, R 4 E WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of March 24, 1999 recommended approval of Tentative Map No. 29109 requested by Sanborn A & E, Inc. representing Robert Greer for the above described property, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of April 21, 1999 approved Tentative Map No. 29109 subject to conditions; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that Parcel Map No. 294109 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 29109 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 29109 for property herein described.
