FOR ELECTRIC AVENUE, LLC RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 29658 for Mainiero, Smith and Associates, Inc. representing Electric Avenue LLC, to divide property located at 1304 Camino Primrose (APN 508-232-007), Section 23, T 4 S, R 4 E. SUMMARY: Maimero, Smith and Associates, Inc. representing Electric Avenue LLC, requests that one (1)parcel located at 1304 Camino Primrose, Section 23, T 4 S, R 4 E, be divided into two (2) parcels. BACKGROUND: At its meeting of June 14, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 29658 which was subsequently approved by the City Council, subject to conditions, on September 6, 2000. It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied, that the Parcel Map No. 29658 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, and that the Parcel Map No. 29658 is ready for City Council actions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that Parcel Map No. 29658 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No.29658 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 29658 for property herein described.
