CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
APRIL 15, 1996
An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, was
called to order by Mayor Kleindienst, in the Large Conference Room, City Hall, 3200 Tahquitz
Canyon Way, on Monday, April 15, 1996 at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmembers Barites, Hodges, Oden, Spurgiu, and Mayor
' Kleindienst
Absent: None
REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: City Clerk reported that the agenda was posted in
accordance with Council procedures on April 12, 1996.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
CLOSED SESSION:
The City Attorney announced items to be discussed in Closed Session, see Page 2 of
agenda of this date. Closed session included members of die Tribal Council.
REPORT OF CITY ATTORNEY ON MATTERS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION (All
Entities)
Upon reconvening in open session at 8:50 p.m., City Attorney reported on matters
discussed in closed session; no action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business at 8:45 p.m., Mayor declared the meeting adjourned.
