DECLARATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY (Cont'd)
City Manager stated that some question was raised as to the

exposures are greater with so many washes located within its
boundaries.

of Council is to protect the health and safety of its citizens;
that the County responsibility is to assist the City in any
way possible, with any resources that are available; that
the County does agree with the declaration of local emergency;
that the question will be if there are any funds available
at the State level; that the declaration once accepted on
the State level will trigger all resources available to the

in every way possible.
