I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that this
Minute Order approving Amendment No. 1 to Airport Parking Lot Management Services
Agreement No. A5215 with Ace Parking Management, Inc., effective September 1, 2006
and valid until January 31, 2011 to add Taxi Starter Service as a reimbursable expense
from taxi fees for the remaining four years and five months of the Agreement, was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
' held on the 18th day of October, 2006.
